Explorer Skiing and Snowboarding for Schools is based in both Austria and Slovenia. The camps offer incredible skiing and snowboarding at amazing locations with a wide variety of curriculum-based real-life workshops. Students are challenged both individually and collectively to build important 21st century skills, including problem solving, critical thinking, creativity, teamwork, and collaboration – qualities which can be difficult to put into practice in the typical school environment.
Explorer School-Themed Camps is a unique opportunity for secondary schools to offer students practical opportunities to grow personal skills such as leadership, conflict resolution, problem solving, critical thinking, and self-esteem along with specific workshops such as School Mental Health and 1st Aid emergencies. The program is tailored according to individual school’s needs so there is flexibility to ensure sudents and teachers get the most from the experience as possible
