HUMANITARIAN MEDICAL EXPEDITION
- NANGOMA, ZAMBIA 2023 -

humanitarian medical expedition to Zambia

THE HEART OF THE EXPEDITION

Four final year medical students and one young doctor are using their skills, practical experience and influence to help Nangoma, a  small village located in central Zambia. Together they will spend 3 months working in Nangoma Hospital supporting the local community and ultimately saving lives. At the centre of this expedition is their long-standing dream to help the less fortunate by providing support through their expertise and also new medication and equipment.

NANGOMA MEDICAL CENTRE

The people of Nangoma have very little to no access to basic or emergency medical care due to a lack of funding and infranstructure.  However, these incredibly selfless 5 young ladies are aiming to add much needed medication and equipment on top of their own personal skills to give this struggling Nangoma population the much needed professional help and care they have been crying out for these last number of years.
