Our houses feature continuous close staff presence, secure access control systems with a double gated community, and emergency response plans regularly practiced with campers to ensure round-the-clock safety and peace of mind.
Age Appropriate Sleeping
All campers sleep in private houses grouped by same age and same sex, with counselors in adjacent accommodations within our double-gated community—ensuring proper supervision while providing appropriate independence for children of all ages.
Private Bathroom Facilities
All houses have two private bathrooms containing toilets and showers which are regularly cleaned. This ensures that 5-6 inhabitants of each house have quick and easy access to bathroom faciilities ensuring they maintian their personal hygiene.
Climate-Controlled Comfort
All luxury and private houses feature cross-ventilation design, fully-airconditioned with a large number of screened windows ensuring campers are not impacted by the heat or cold. Plus weatherproof construction to ensure comfort in all seasonal conditions.
Nighttime Staffing Excellence
We maintain exceptional nighttime ratios: 1:4 for ages 6-9 (with counselors close to the houses), 1:6 for ages 10-12, and 1:8 for teens—all staff certified in first aid and emergency response with the on-site 1st Aider being on call 24/7.
Homesickness Care System
Our internationally trained night staff implement proven comfort techniques including “worry boxes,” scheduled family photo time, and gentle redirection strategies specifically designed for non-native English speakers.
Cabin Community Building
Each cabin functions as a “home base” with personalized decor created by campers, nightly bonding rituals, and designated spaces for group connection that foster deep, lasting friendships.
