TWO WEEK CAMPS - 2025
The Two Week camp includes two regular weeks of camp, plus an extra night full board accommmodaiton, transportation to and from Ljubljana, a day
of activities at Woop! including Go Karting, Laser Tag, Virtual Reality, and Bowling. Which is why the total cost is 2 x 1-week PLUS additional amount.

GROUP LIMITATIONS
Usual group size is 12 children.
This is due to accommodation, activity and transport limitations it is difficult to accept more than this number. It is important for parents to understand what we do not have flexibility withgrouping so we are unable to take late registrations to a group that is already at its limit, whereas in the past it was possible. Places within groups will only be reserved and confirmed once the non-refundable 200€ deposit per child per week is completed.
DISCOUNTS
Returning families = 25€ per week (if registration is made BEFORE December 1st
Sibling Discount = 25€ per week per registration BEFORE January 31st
TRANSPORTATION
We offer a wide variety of options for our families to get their campers to and from Explorer Camps.
Transportation costs are not included in the camp tuition price listed above; these are additional charges based on the services your camper may need. The prices may exceed the listed amount taking into account the number of passengers and local prices at the time of camp especially with Zagreb Airport.
If a camper is unable to arrive or depart from the above airport destination during the above mentioned times, out of schedule pick-ups can be arranged for a fee of between €50 and €500.
Parents are welcome to drive campers to camp. For families arriving by car, please note the times for drop-off and pick-up: Opening Day – Sunday between 15:00 and 16:00 / Closing Day – Saturday between 10:00 and 11:00.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Upon recieving the invoice, all families are required to pay the non-refundable 200€ deposit per child per week within a week in order to reserve their place at camp. Families are then given an additional month to complete the full payment.
If a camper cancels before before June 1st due to medical reasons that can be fully documented with a physician’s written explanation, a full refund will be sent to the participant less the application deposit.
If a camper cancels after June 1st due to medical reasons that can be fully documented with a physician’s written explanation, a refund will be given minus the registration fee plus a 100€ cancellation fee.
If a camper cancels for any other reason after June 1st, a 50% refund of the full program fee will be returned.
If a camper cancels in case of unforeseen circumstances (pandemics, health authorities or federal law changes), the camper application and fees will be rolled over to the next camp season.
If a child is sent home from camp for disciplinary reasons but can not be picked up by parents, and additional 75€ per day will be charged in order for our team to be able to provide one-on-one supervision. If this amount is not paid, then the child will be delivered to child services within Slovenia.
If Camp is unable to open or has to close due to unforeseen circumstances (pandemics, health authorities or federal law changes), camper application and fees can be rolled over to the next camp season or a refund of fees can be requested.
