A former Officer in the British Army’s Royal Corps of Transport, Tim’s military background enhances his insights into leadership and teamwork. As a seasoned camp director of international summer and winter kids’ camps, he has successfully fostered trust and camaraderie among participants. Holding a degree in Management Science and Operational Research from the University of Wales, Tim is dedicated to guiding teams at Explorer Team Building toward exceptional results.
With over 10 years of experience in corporate team building and training, Steve has developed strong leadership, communication, and team development skills. He is also a Youth Mental Health Trainer with LEAD and an Emergency First Responder Trainer, specializing in crisis management. As the founder and CEO of Explorer International Summer and Winter Kids’ Camps, he creates activities that promote communication, trust, and personal growth, leveraging his extensive camp management experience to gain insights into team dynamics and emotional intelligence.
